Our Beliefs

About the Bible
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives. We believe in the verbal and plenary inspiration of the Bible.  The Bible is fully trustworthy and the final authority in matters of faith and life.  The Old and New Testaments were written by men divinely inspired and are God’s will as revealed to man.  They are the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and opinions should be tried.

About God
We believe in one God, the Most High God, and Creator of all things, revealing Himself in three Divine Persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely Holy.

About Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, as the only way to come to the Father. We believe Jesus is the Son of God, eternal and divine. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, walked the face of the earth preaching, establishing and demonstrating the Kingdom of God. He was crucified, shed His blood for mankind by dying on a cross, was buried, resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father, above all principality, power, might and dominion. Jesus Christ is the only One who can reconcile us to God.

About Forgiveness
We believe that through the shed blood of Jesus it is now possible, by grace through faith, for mankind to repent, to receive forgiveness of sins, to be born-again into the Kingdom of God, to become a child of God, and to have an intimate personal relationship with God through the Lord Jesus Christ.  His goodness leads us to repentance. We believe that through the shed blood of Jesus we have been forgiven, redeemed, restored, reconciled with God, and made righteous.

About the Holy Spirit
We believe in water baptism, baptism of the Holy Spirit, being filled with the Holy Spirit and living in the Power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our Helper and Guide, and He enables us to use the spiritual gifts He gives to each believer to glorify God.

About the Kingdom of God
We believe that it is God’s will to see His Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

About the Church
We believe that the church has been called to equip every believer to go into all the world and to be a witness for the Kingdom of God. We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together for worship, fellowship, prayer and the ‘breaking of bread’.

About Eternity
We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ to rule and reign for eternity.
